Organization Introduction

Raganjali Academy of Performing Arts (RAPA), founded in 2016 by renowned Santoor maestro, composer, and educationist Dr. Bipul Kumar Ray, is a Delhi-based registered cultural trust committed to the preservation, promotion, and propagation of India’s rich artistic traditions.

The organization works actively to nurture young talent, support professional artists, and create meaningful cultural engagement through performances, workshops, festivals, educational initiatives, and community outreach programs. RAPA continues to serve as a bridge between traditional Indian art forms and modern audiences, strengthening cultural awareness and artistic excellence.
